The new generation Bobcat TL470 7-metre telescopic handler has won a Special Innovation Award at the AGROmashEXPO 2012 Agricultural Exhibition, which was held in Budapest, Hungary, from 25-28 January 2012. The TL470 telescopic handler was recognized for the innovative design of the boom, hydraulic quick couplers, cab, engine and radiator placement in the machine.

Every year, AGROmashEXPO hosts a contest for new products on display, and the Innovation Award for the Bobcat TL470 was one of 17 different awards and certificates of recognition given to exhibitors at the show. 

Thanks to its innovative features, the Bobcat TL470 telescopic handler was one of the most popular exhibits at the show. Ferenc Bátor from the dealer DM-Ker Kft. in Hungary accepted the award on behalf of Bobcat Company.

Together with the new 6-metre TL360 model, the TL470 is part of a new generation of Bobcat telescopic handlers offering a range of improvements, features, and options that are completely new not only to the Bobcat family of telescopic handlers, but also to the industry as a whole.  For example, a patented asymmetric cab offers an unobstructed view across the rear of the machine while an optional 190 l/min load sensing pump offers faster single and combined boom movements.

Organised by Hungexpo C. Co. Ltd., the leading exhibition organising company in Hungary, this year’s show was the 30th Jubilee AGROmashEXPO event.  It was attended by more than 25,000 visitors over the four days, a rise of 25% over the average number of visitors over the last few years.

The next AGROmashEXPO event will be held from 30th January to 2nd February 2013.
